For operations above the acid dew point, carbon steel sheets are a safe and economical choice.
Scenarios with highest efficiency targets may increase the need for higher corrosion resistance and are equipped with stainless steel heat exchange plates.

Plate packs are assembled to easily installable heat exchange modules, which come in different configurations of fluid flow direction. We offer a variety of configurations depending on the project requirements.
Flexible fabrication and deep understanding help us choose, mix and evolve the optimal flow pattern for plants and applications: counter-flow, cross-flow or counter-cross combinations.
Heat exchanger modules are typically arranged in either one single pass or in multi passes, depending on the heat recuperation targets.

With their highly compact design, our heat exchange modules allows us to smoothly fit the equipment into the available space of existing systems.

Where steam is available on-site, steam air heaters are one of several possibilities to protect already installed equipment by avoiding condensation in the cold section of a heat exchanger under certain operating conditions.
They present a controlled, cost-effective and durable option to raise the temperature of the ambient air entering the heat exchanger, e.g. during winter season.
